Battle of the Badges This Saturday in Rancho Cordova!

The United Combat Association will hold “The Battle of the Badges” at Power Gym USA in Rancho Cordova on Saturday starting at 5 p.m.  There will be 13 bouts in all featuring officers from all over California.  

In the main event, Folsom Prison’s James Davis takes on the LAPD’s Juan Bustamante for the UCA state light heavyweight title.  Other matchups include the Air Force's Christy Kim against Fresno PD's Lindsay Dozier for the UCA NorCal featherweight title, CDCR San Quentin's Julie Williams taking on CDCR - DVI's Stacey Wolenski for the UCA NorCal welterweight title, and Sacramento County Sheriff's Richmond De Los Cientos meeting CDCD CSP Sacramento's Mike Gomez for the UCA NorCal heavyweight title.
 
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at battleofthebadgessac.com.  Proceeds go to the Sacramento Fallen Officers Resource Fund.

2. Caesar Garcia (Smash Time Gym) vs. Noel Montes (CCPOA) - 200 lbs.

3. Marc Baes (CDCR Solano) vs. Brent Bugarin (Santa Clara Sheriff) - 145 lbs.

4. Jodi Brown (Sacramento PD) vs. Nelly Mendoza (Fresno PD) - 150 lbs.

5. Dru McDonald (Sacramento Metro Fire) vs. Rafael Heredia (CHP Sacramento) - 195 lbs.

6. Marc Tibbles (CDCR Solano) vs. Adan Castillo (Yolo County Sheriff) - 195 lbs.
7. Craig Hamblin (CDCR Solano) vs. Mike Clark (Fresno PD) - 265 lbs.

8. David Richardson (CDCR Solano) vs. Marco Montano (US Coast Guard) - 210 lbs.

9. Neil Tremethick (US Army) vs. Chris Martinez (Avenal PD) - 150 lbs.

10. Christy Kim (Air Force) vs. Lindsay Dozier (Fresno PD) - 125 lbs. (for UCA NorCal Title)
11. Julie Williams (CDCR San Quentin) vs. Stacey Wolenski (CDCR - DVI) - 145 lbs. (for UCA NorCal Title)

12. Mike Gomez (CDCR CSP Sacramento) vs. Richmond De Los Cientos (Sacramento County Sheriff) - 270 lbs. (for UCA NorCal Title)
