Junior welterweight Jonathan Garcia of Watsonville remained unbeaten with a unanimous decision victory over Leo Martinez in the latest edition of TeleFutura's Solo Boxeo series.

Garcia (7-0, 5 KOs) sent Martinez (15-16, 7 KOs) to the canvas three times, but the cagey veteran from Chicago made it to the finish line at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.

The fight will air via tape delay at midnight on the West Coast.

"It felt good going six rounds," Garcia told Norcalboxing.net.  "It was a good experience for me.  I was trying to knock him out, but this guy had conditioning and he kept getting up."

Garcia also said he would like to fight three or four more times before the year is over.
