National PAL Results, Day Four: Salazar and Valdivia In, Correa Out

Gary Salazar continues his march toward the Open 123-pound final.

Region 11 fighters went 3-1 on Thursday at the National PAL in Toledo, Ohio.

In the Open division, flyweight Eros Correa of San Jose PAL was eliminated by Chicago's Christian Williams, 16-13.

Open Middleweight Daniel Valdivia of Bakersfield PAL moved on with an 18-9 victory over New York City's Peter Dobson.

Fresno's Gary Salazar emerged victorious in his Open bantamweight matchup with Dallas's Hector Valdez, 28-18.

The lone J.O. entrant, 119-pounder Efren Lopez of Fresno Main Event, defeated Florida's Antonio Williams, 19-13.
