Later on Saturday, Alejandro Perez made his Top Rank promotional debut a successful one as he knocked out veteran Edgar Riovalle in the seventh round at the Hollywood Park Casino in Inglewood, Calif.
Perez (18-3-1, 12 KOs), a junior lightweight from North Salinas, had Riovalle (35-15-2, 25 KOs) down and out after landing a crushing left hook to the body. Official time was 1:14. The bout aired on UniMás.
