Fresno's Gary Salazar (bantamweight/123 lbs) and S.F.'s Raquel Miller (middleweight/165 lbs) have concluded training camp at Team USA's Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo., and will compete in the Independence Cup, which will take place in the Dominican Republic on Feb. 18-22.
